NAC website update and the granite hills of Domboshawa

It's been a busy work week. I have finished the basic layout of the NAC website and now I need to start populating it with relevant, current information. With the help of several of my colleagues from the Communication department, this is what I'll be working on for the next several weeks. I'll also begin training people on how to update and maintain the website, and I'll start creating documentation related to the different processes involved.
For a sneak preview screenshot of the homepage click the image to the right - note that the flower picture will of course be replaced by something more NAC-relevant :)

Last Thursday night I went to a popular live music venue - The Mannenberg - and got to see and hear Oliver Mutukudzi perform again. This was the second time I had seen him in two weeks and he was excellent once again. He played for more than two hours and that made it a little difficult to wake up on Friday morning :)

On Saturday, after a long week at work I was able to relax by doing some hiking at Domboshawa - an area of granite hills a few kilometers outside of Harare. The Domboshawa hills are covered with red, green and gray lichen and they look very interesting. There are also some REALLY old cave paintings near the top of the hills - very cool.

I went with a group of my new friends :) including a couple of my neighbors. We hiked the hills and spent the rest of the afternoon barbecuing.

As a side note, interestingly, nearly all of the people I was hanging out with that day are auditors :) and many of them work for KPMG.
